The CLD series
chlorine dioxide sensors are available for real time 0-2ppm and
0-10ppm measurements. A 4-20mA output offers versatility in
interfacing these sensors.
The CLD series
chlorine dioxide sensors utilize amperometric technology for real time
chlorine dioxide measurements. Applications include water treatment
disinfection and chlorine dioxide generators. These sensors provide a
fixed 4-20mA output which is temperature compensated. A power supply
voltage of 12-24VDC is required. The CLD02 is designed for 0-2ppm
measurements while the CLD10 features a measuring range of 0-10ppm.
The newest addition to the line is CLD-01 for measuring 0-1ppm. A
durable Teflon membrane is integrated into the cap for ease of
replacement. Electrolyte is also available and should be used to
refill the membrane cap when replaced. The sensor's body is
constructed of Black PVC. A specialized acrylic flow cell (FC70)
incorporates a vortex generator to prevent air bubbles from forming on
the membrane surface which lead to erroneous readings.
