Motor Generator-Set Frequency Control

Our customer has a motor generator set that requires to be controlled at 60 Hz output frequency.
Texmate installed a DL-40F controller to measure and display the frequency and to control the motor speed control actuator via the 4-20 mA analog output.

The analog output is scaled at 55 Hz for 4 mA and 65 Hz for 20 mA. The speed control actuator is set to 12 mA to govern the speed at a generator output of 60.0 Hz.
If the frequency falls below 60.0 Hz, the motor speed increases.
If the frequency rises above 60.0 Hz, then the motor speed decreases.
